WANTED: USBGA MAGAZINE EDITOR

   The USBGA has recently lost our magazine editor due to other personal commitments. The USBGA Board of Directors is asking for someone to volunteer to be the Editor of the USBGA Boer Goat On-Line Magazine. The plans are to produce an online magazine every two months.

   This position would involve accepting information for the next magazine thru e-mail. Persons contributing to the magazine would be responsible for sending copy to the new Editor. The new editor would put the articles in magazine form (Microsoft Word) along with photos that they receive accordingly. The Editor would have help and support from members around the United States and some of the USBGA Directors. Some knowledge of editing would be helpful but not necessary. This new editor would receive some, agreed upon, monetary support from the association. We would also entertain Co-Editors if two volunteers would like to share the responsibility. As Editor you may choose your staff of writers and fact finding contributors. You could also have an editorial from the Editor, approved by the president, in each issue if you so choose. You would simply be putting the information in order as you receive it electronically. If you have the time to devote to this very important position please contact the USBGA office. Thank you.
